Extractor Pro — Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
What the extension does
Extractor Pro is a Chrome extension that scans web pages you visit on demand — only when you click “Scan Page” or “Scan Site” — and extracts structured data such as email addresses, phone numbers, social media links, page links, and images. All scanning happens locally in your browser.
Data we do not collect
Page content scanned by the extension — including any emails, phone numbers, links, or images found — is never transmitted to our servers. It is stored temporarily in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) so results persist between popup opens, and is cleared when you click Clear or uninstall the extension. We have no access to this data.
Permissions and why we need them

The extension only fetches pages you initiate a scan on.
Accounts and authentication
Extractor Pro offers an optional paid Pro plan. If you choose to upgrade, an account is created using Supabase. We store your email address and subscription status (free or Pro). Your session token is stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. We do not share your account information with third parties.
Payments
Payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details — they go directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID in our database to track your plan status.
No background activity
Extractor Pro does not run in the background, track your browsing history, or access any page you haven't explicitly scanned. The extension is entirely inactive until you open the popup and initiate a scan.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the extension evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
